Shipping policy

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Processing Time: In-stock products will be shipped within 1 business day. The estimated delivery time for each product is indicated on the product page.

Shipping Options: We offer worldwide shipping on all products via DPD, UPS, FedEx, and freight services.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Safe Delivery: We take great care in ensuring the safe delivery of our products. All products will be shipped in their original packaging or repacked using the original packaging to ensure protection during transit. We have specially designed custom packaging for wheel and tire products to further ensure safe delivery.

Inspection and Claims: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, and we require a photo or video of the damaged or defective item and the original packaging to process your claim.

Shipping Restrictions: Some international trading agreements and local customs regulations may restrict our ability to ship certain items to your location. We will inform you of any potential restrictions before you complete your purchase. Please note that you may be responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply to your shipment.

Delivery and Signature: If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver your purchase. If you prefer the courier to leave the package in a safe place, you can check the courier's tracking page for the option to waive the signature and make a delivery request. Be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. For orders containing items of high value, a signature may still be required, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival.
