To order an item on www.baanvelgen.com is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Select the correct shipping country on the top left so the correct prizes are shown.
2. If you have found the item(s) you would like to purchase, choose the desired size/type and quantity, click "add to cart".
3. If you would like to finalize your order, then click on “cart”. you will be shown your shopping cart for review. Click on “proceed to checkout” in your shopping bag.
4. Follow the step by step instructions, which will guide you through the registration and payment until your order has been confirmed.
5. Immediately after this you will receive an order confirmation to your indicated e-mail address. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

For payments you have the following options: Paypal, Credit Card payments with Mastercard and Visa, Ideal and Wire/bank Transfer: You can wire the money to us within two weeks business after your order placement. You will see our bank details once you have completed the order at our website and on your order confirmation. Please note, that the order will only be sent after we have received the full payment.
All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without Baan Velgen or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods ( Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code ).
Waiting for your order paid by credit card
Please note that your order can only be sent after your credit card details were accepted. Therefore, all security parameters need to be stored on your card.
Paying for your order via wire/bank transfer
After you have confirmed your order and you choose wire/bank transfer as payment option, you will receive a unique transfer ID. Please state this ID with transfer, so we can easily trace your payment.

Except Akrapovic and KW suspension.We accept credit cards, Paypal, wire transfers all with appropriate verification. We can make special arrangements and fulfill any request needed for international buyers to ensure your shipment and transaction is hassle free. If you require a quote previous to ordering, please feel free to contact us. Otherwise you can order online and input your shipping information. In addition to shipping via DPD, UPS Fedex, and other Freight services, we also use several freight forwarders.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Baan Velgen within 5 days of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be able to be a candidate for the insurance claim.

- Baan Velgen will contact the shipper once we have the email info above to schedule a pickup, do not send it back to us
- Once te product is picked up and unspected, a replacement or credit will be issue

If you have purchased your items we are happy to install it for you in our state of the art facility. Just contact us prior or after your purchase. An overview of our services can be found here.
If an item is not in stock and cannot be shipped within 2-3 business days we will contact you and discuss the posibilities
Some items are built to order, like HRE and ADV.1 wheels. We will always discuss this with you.
BAAN VELGEN DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Baan Velgen, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
To return a item back to us, please do the following:
- Package the item up in the original packaging
- Include the UNUSED part and any additional information that was included
- Include a copy of the original receipt
- Write a brief description of the problem or reason for return
This refers to the center bore in the wheel that centers the wheel on the hub of the car.
The wheel offset is the distance from the hub mounting surface to the centerline of the wheel.
A wheel's bolt-circle-diameter is the diameter of an imaginary circle drawn through the center of the wheel's mounting-bolt holes. Different vehicle makes and models have varying bolt patterns. If the pattern has an even number of mounting holes (four, six or eight lugs) simply measure from the center of one stud hole directly across the center of the wheel to the center of an opposite stud hole. With a five-lug pattern, measure from the center of one stud hole to the center of the farthest stud hole, skipping the adjacent hole. The resulting measurement is slightly smaller than the actual bolt-circle diameter. For example, a vehicle with a bolt pattern of (5 x 120) means this vehicle's hub has five bolts or lugs, which measure 120 millimeters apart from one another diagonally.
